First of all you should start with your alimentation.
It is recommended to eat foods reach in zinc, amino acids, iron and vitamin E.
Include in your alimentation fruit and vegetable because these are rich in flavonoids and antioxidants that increase hair growth.
If your hair is too long, this is the period you should let it cut and not overtax hair roots anymore.
Use shampoo and conditioner that contain biotin, that is essential for hair follicles regeneration.
Petroleum based shampoo is also indicated for this period.
Homemade masks should be included in our daily routine.
Recommended aliments are: egg yolk, bananas, mustard seeds, castor oil, olive oil, coconut oil, argan oil or linseeds.
All these should be combined with vitamin A.
A very good mask can be made with crushed garlic and mix with one of the oil you prefer mentioned before.
Apply this solution and massage your scalp, let it stay between 30 minutes and one hour.
Cover your hair with a towel or a plastic bag. Use your normal shampoo to wash your hair.
